Building Permits and Variances
Per City Code Sec. 109-22. - No building or structure shall be erected, or the exterior dimensions of an existing building or structure enlarged until a permit therefore has been issued by the administrator. All applications for such permits shall be in accordance with the requirements of said chapter and, except upon written order of the board, no such building permit shall be issued for any building or structure where the erections or addition would be in violating of any provisions of said chapter.
The applicant shall with the application submit the payment of the fee set forth as $25 for the first $5.000 in projected costs, $1 for every $1000 thereafter.
