Ambulance

The Dysart Ambulance responds to all emergency and non-emergency calls per the direction of the Tama County 911 dispatch center. The Ambulance Service is comprised primarily of volunteers, with a full-time Director/Paramedic and one other full-time paramedic.  If you are interested in becoming a part of this group, please contact the Ambulance Director Julie Scadden at 319-476-4911.

Dysart Ambulance Service is seeking volunteers--Transportation Specialist (Drivers), RN extensions, Paramedics, AEMTs and EMTs. This is a fabulous small ambulance service with a dedicated group who want others to experience the rewards being on a Volunteer ambulance gives them and their community.
